What You'll Do:

 

The dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator who joins our production team will operate bottle and jug filling equipment, capping machines, and automated labeling equipment used for syrups and sauces. You will play a key role in ensuring products are filled, capped, and labeled accurately while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and sanitation.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Operate and monitor filling, capping, and automated labeling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Set up equipment for different container sizes and product runs.
  • Load and replenish caps and labeling materials as needed.
  • Clean, rinse, and sanitize equipment between batches and flavor changes.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accurate filling, capping, and labeling.
  • Record production and quality data accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and report equipment or product issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and safety procedures.
  • Participate in safety, sanitation, and environmental programs.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.
  • Manufacturing, food production, sanitation, or machine operating experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards.
  • Basic math and computer skills; SAP and Microsoft Office experience a plus.
  • Forklift, pallet jack, and chemical handling experience preferred.
  • Reliable team player with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift Hours: Mon - Fri; 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Overtime Available
