Our Rochester, MN location is part of our Applied Health and Nutrition Division and specializes in fermented ingredients for products related to the bio-science industry.  Our team is proud of the work they do and have a focus on clean label or natural products ensuring freshness.

$22.25/hr + $5k Sign On Bonus

 Shift/Working Hours: 4:45 AM to 5:15 PM – Rotating Shift – every other weekend

 

Key responsibilities

  1. Stage and blend ingredients, perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures, and handle sanitation tasks to ensure product quality.
  2. Make and manage tank and line connections for product transfers and blending.
  3. Follow batch sheets, record data, and blend products per established instructions.
  4. Operate computer interfaces for operations and reporting.
  5. Clean equipment per sanitation and GMP guidelines.
  6. Operate forklifts as needed

Qualifications and skills

What you'll need to be successful and safe: 

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of one year of experience in food or beverage manufacturing required
  • Experience operating a liquid pasteurizer, HTST, and HDMIs preferred
  • Good arithmetic, reading, and writing skills required.
  • Must consistently follow policies and use good judgment.

Physical Requirements & Environment

  • Regular walking, standing, stair and ladder climbing; frequent lifting up to 55 lbs.
  • Exposure to humidity, dust, fumes, noise, and chemicals. Hearing protection required.
  • Work indoors on linoleum, metal, or concrete floors, often wet; variable temperatures.

Compensation Data

The pay rate for this position is $22.25.00 per hour.  Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance.  This job posting is anticipated to expire on 5-2026.
