About the role
The Associate Customer Care – Sales Order Entry role is responsible for delivering a world‑class customer experience through the accurate, timely, and high‑quality processing of sales orders and related service data. This position plays a key role in achieving service level commitments, maintaining strong ownership and accountability, and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams to support proactive, end‑to‑end case management.
Key responsibilities
- Execute Sales Order Management in SAP (VA01/VA02/VA03) with precision, ensuring full compliance with established procedures.
- Monitor, prioritize, and manage customer case queues in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
- Maintain and update operational reports, dashboards, and relevant data sources.Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing errors, eliminating manual touchpoints, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with the NAMER team and other GBS functions to support seamless service delivery and swift issue resolution.
Qualifications and skills
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Hands‑on experience working with SAP for order creation, changes, and validation.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce case management.
- Ability to analyze and visualize data using Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- 2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, order management, or similar roles.
- Prior experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities and high attention to detail.
