Our Bethlehem, PA, location is part of our Liquid Beverage division and specializes in coffee extract and flavorings created for Kerry products and customers!

Pay Rate/Hourly Rate/shift differential: $22.50/hr (+1.00)

Shift/Working Hours: 9:00 pm - 5:30 am

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Tote & Drum Filler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is essential for Operating filling equipment to dispense product into totes and drums per production specifications The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and expertise in using SAP software. You will ensure that all processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 

Key responsibilities

o  Operate filling equipment to dispense product into totes and drums per production specifications

o  Ensure accurate labeling, sealing, and staging of filled containers

o  Monitor fill weights and adjust equipment settings to maintain consistency

•  RF Gun & SAP Transactions

o  Use handheld RF scanners to track inventory and confirm production steps

o  Perform SAP transactions for material consumption, batch confirmations, and inventory updates

o  Identify and report discrepancies in inventory or system data

•  Quality Control

o  Conduct Brix checks to verify product concentration meets established standards

o  Document and report test results; escalate any deviations to Quality Assurance

o  Perform visual inspections for cleanliness, fill accuracy, and packaging integrity

o  Assist with CIP procedures for filling lines, tanks, and associated equipment

o  Monitor chemical concentrations and rinse cycles to ensure effective sanitation

o  Maintain cleaning logs and verify completion of sanitation protocols

•  GMP Compliance

Qualifications and skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP and RF scanning systems a plus
  • Understanding of GMP principles and their application in a production environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Compensation Data

The pay rate for this position is $22.50 per hour.  Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance.  This job posting is anticipated to expire on 5-2026.
