About the role
We are currently looking for Supply Chain specialists for our newly established Planning Services Centre in Oleśnica near Wrocław. The Planning Services Centre in Oleśnica is a newly established hub designed to streamline and enhance our supply chain operations across Europe. The Planning Services Centre serves as the central point for all supply chain planning activities, including Transport Planning, Material Planning, and Supply Planning- Master Production Scheduling.

The first three months of the probation period will be office‑based, followed by a hybrid model with 10 remote‑work days per month.
Key responsibilities
The Supply Planner oversees supply planning activities within the Supply Chain function.
Key Responsibilities
- Uses demand signals, inventory levels, and replenishment requirements to create and maintain the network supply plan in SAP, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and service targets (including OTIF).
- Works with demand planners, customer teams, sales, finance, and other supply chain partners to provide replenishment plans, exception reporting, and recommendations to meet actual and forecasted demand.
- Reviews system‑generated planned orders and ensures accurate conversion into process orders within the production scheduling horizon.
- Develops supply plans and coordinates material dispatch to third‑party manufacturers to maintain customer service levels.
- Manages aging finished goods within the inventory control tower process and partners with commercial and supply chain teams to reduce risk.
- Reviews MTO/ATO vs. MTS demand to ensure a balanced and achievable master production schedule.
Broader Supply Chain Involvement
- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives with the Planning Manager and regional supply chain teams.
- Participates in capacity planning, future availability assessments, and labour planning within S&OP.
- Assists with production planning adjustments for MTS and MTO priorities based on demand fluctuations.
- Coordinates material transfers between manufacturing sites based on business needs.
- Maintains master data for finished goods (e.g., safety stocks, stocking policies) and ensures accurate system planning outputs.
- Contributes to KPI reporting for working capital, inventory performance, service levels, and process improvement activities.
Qualifications and skills
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years in a Supply Chain/ Planning related role.
- Industry/Sector Experience: Experience in the Food Ingredients & Flavours or Beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred but not mandatory) and Excel is required. Familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
- Languages: fluent spoken and written English, very good Ukrainian or Hungarian- preferred
