Key responsibilities
• Support and maintain EHS programs that reduce workplace injuries and illnesses and ensure
compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide consultation to managers and employees on health, safety, and environmental issues,
helping align site practices with corporate safety goals.
• Conduct inspections and audits of warehouse or facility operations to identify hazards and ensure
safety compliance.
• Coordinate site EHS activities, including training, reporting, incident investigations, and
continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture, often through coaching, training, and implementing best‑in‑class
safety practices.
• Facilitate new safety approaches that combine technology and human‑centered solutions to
improve workplace safety.
Qualifications and skills
• Experience in EHS, safety compliance, or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental standards.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to conduct investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to influence culture and drive innovation in safety practices.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A Technical or bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Safety & Health
(OSHA‑focused programs) Engineering, Public Health or related field is desired. Experience will be
considered in lieu of formal education.
Compensation Data
The pay range for this position is $63,000 - $116,900 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
