About the role

Support the implementation of food safety and quality management systems by ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Carry out planned strategies and testing activities to meet regulatory and compliance requirements. Additionally, assist in setting quality standards and ensure that manufacturing processes consistently meet these standards.

Reporting To: Quality Systems Lead

Key responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems within the organization
  • Perform assigned procedures and techniques in accordance with Kerry standards, FSSC 22000, and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process (e.g., CCP & OPRP verification)
  • Support regulatory and internal quality programs, including audits, inspections, and finished goods verification processes
  • Ensure proper management and availability of operational documents (e.g., procedures, work instructions) for end users
  • Assist in managing non-conformances and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Coordinate and deliver training or briefings on food safety and quality (FSQ) procedures
  • Promote and adhere to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards
  • Effectively manage priorities and schedules, contributing to both individual and team goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Nutrition, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal Assurance System); familiarity with additional standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
