About the role

The Supply Chain Manager is a key leadership role within Kerry, responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations. This position ensures alignment between procurement, production, inventory, and logistics to deliver exceptional customer service while driving operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

•  Supply Planning & Scheduling:

o  Develop and execute supply plans that align procurement, raw material call-off, and manufacturing activities.

o  Manage scheduling horizons from 3 to 18 months.

•  Inventory Management:

o  Establish safety stock levels and monitor slow-moving or obsolete inventory.

o  Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with Kerry standards.

•  Logistics & Warehousing:

o  Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and dispatch processes.

o  Ensure timely delivery at optimal cost.

•  KPI Management & Continuous Improvement:

o  Develop, monitor, and report on supply chain KPIs.

o  Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.

•  Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):

o  Manage and enhance internal S&OP processes to align supply with business demand.

•  Cost Control:

o  Monitor and control supply chain costs to meet budgetary targets.

•  Team Leadership:

o  Lead and develop a team of planners, schedulers, and warehouse supervisors.

o  Foster a culture of operational excellence and cross-training.

•  Customer Service:

o  Ensure service goals are met and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications and skills

•  Expertise in supply chain planning, inventory control, and logistics.

•  Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.

•  Familiarity with Kerry’s Ways of Working (WOW) standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations management.

•  Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced planning tools.

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location & Travel

•  Based at Fort Worth, Texas (Onsite)

•  Occasional travel to suppliers, customers, and other Kerry facilities as required.

Performance Metrics

•  On-Time In-Full (OTIF) Delivery: Achieve customer delivery targets consistently.

•  Inventory Turns: Maintain optimal inventory turnover ratios.

•  Forecast Accuracy: Improve demand and supply forecast accuracy.

•  Cost Savings: Deliver measurable reductions in supply chain costs.

•  Service Level: Meet or exceed agreed customer service levels.

•  Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Track and implement process improvement projects.

Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $88,100 - $163,700 in Annual Salary.  Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.  In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.  Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.  This job posting is anticipated to expire on June 8th, 2026.
