What You'll Do:

 
As Production Supervisor you'll lead frontline manufacturing operations while building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaged, and accountable work environment where employees can perform at their best while delivering outstanding results in safety, quality, service, and productivity.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of hourly manufacturing employees, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive daily production execution to achieve safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity targets.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees through performance feedback, training, and succession planning.
  • Champion food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
  • Partner closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to solve problems and drive business results.
  • Lead root-cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Support workforce planning, labor optimization, and production scheduling activities.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, food, beverage, ingredient, or consumer packaged goods environments.
  • Experience leading large teams of hourly production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing operation.
  • Demonstrated success improving safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and operational performance.

What We Offer:

 

The hiring range for this position is $74,600. - $78,750.  in Annual Salary.  Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.  Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.  This job posting is anticipated to expire on October 5, 2026.
