Our Evansville, IN, location is part of our Coatings division, and creates various breading, batter, and coating blends for Kerry brands and customers. Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $63,000. to $95,400. in Annual Salary.  Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and location.  Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.  This job posting is anticipated to expire on 10.30.2026

 

What You'll Do

What You'll Do

  • Efficiently execute the production schedule.
  • Develop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Manage the production department budget.
  • Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.
  • Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What You'll Need To Succeed

What You Need To Be Successful

  • A four year degree preferred in engineering, food technology or business
  • 2 to 5 years experience in a food plant or related industry.
  • Leadership experience is desirable.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Continuous improvement understanding.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.
