We have immediate openings for a Maintenance Technician to support our 2nd shift, 2:00PM - 10:30PM

What you'll do:

As an Industrial Maintenance Worker, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure within a dry blending food manufacturing environment. This role ensures equipment reliability, supports efficient production operations, and upholds strict food safety and quality standards.

 
Important areas of operations you’ll work on:

 

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
  • Maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, mixers, baggers, and dust collection systems
  • Complete work orders and document repairs in the CMMS
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and startups
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and safety standards
  • Use Lockout/Tagout and other required safety procedures

What you'll need to successful:

  • 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical skills with industrial equipment
  • Basic electrical knowledge (3‑phase power, sensors, control circuits)
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

 

Preferred: 

 

  • Food manufacturing experience
  • Experience in dry blending or powdered food environments
  • Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and automated equipment
  • Welding or fabrication skills
  • Maintenance certifications or vocational training

Compensation Data:

The pay rate for this position is $28.45 per hour.  Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance.  This job posting is anticipated to expire on 3/30/2026.
