Description and Responsibilities:
As a Production Intern at our Blendecques site, you will play an active role in supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your main focus will be:
- Implement Work Element Sheets (WES) and Standard Work Operating Procedures (SWOP) for our primary production line (dry coating ingredients). This involves close collaboration with production operators and team leaders to define standard ways of working.
- Conduct shopfloor observations and measurements to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Perform audits and analyses, including SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) studies for setups and cleanings.
- Support projects aimed at improving Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), ergonomics, and overall working conditions.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement efficiency and quality improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

What We Are Looking For:
- Currently studying an Engineering-related degree
- Fluent in English and French (speaking and writing)
- Results-oriented and motivated self-starter with the determination to succeed
- Strong ability to work well in a team and independently
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
