Supply Chain Leadership Development Program

The Kerry Leadership Development Program is a 24-month rotational program, which will begin on July 12, 2027.  This year, we have one rotation in Beloit, WI and one at our plant in Rothschild, WI.

 

Supply Chain Overview

In a textbook, a supply chain is the network of all the individuals, organizations, resources, activities, and technology involved in the creation and sale of a product.

 

In Supply Chain at Kerry, you can work with teams doing modeling and planning to source our 23,000 products to customers like Starbucks, Pepsi, Popeye’s or Costco. You can be engaged in transportation and logistics across the country and the world. You can support our Customer Care Team servicing over 8,000 customers. You can work in Commercialization, helping bring our NEW products to life in one of our 46 plants. You can support our Third-Party Manufacturing Team leveraging over 50 business partners across the country. You can work with our Transformation team to improves processes and leverage technology to enhance our data analytics. Even better, you get to do rotations and get varied experiences across these teams in different locations!

 

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Support business objectives, demand & supply planning and data integrity projects
  • Work with top customers in supply management meetings
  • Work cross functionally with our numerous manufacturing sites, quality, finance, sales
  • Support optimization projects and ongoing operations of key Distribution Centers
  • Enable and drive our Go to Market Commercialization Project
  • Help the business grow by working on acquisition due diligence projects 
  • Report monthly on capacity reports, supplier audits and present the data to your team and colleagues

Qualifications and Skills

What You’ll Need to be Successful 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Engineering, Accounting, Applied Economics, Finance, Quantitative Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Business Operations Management, or related field of study with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027
  • Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. – Sponsorships will not provided for early career roles.
  • Experience in Advanced Analytical, project management, planning or problem-solving abilities   
  • Ability to work in a team 
  • A curious mindset
  • Internship experience in manufacturing or logistics a plus

 

Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 in Annual Salary.  Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.  In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.  Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.  Accepting applications on a continuous basis until 2027 cohort is full.  This job posting is anticipated to expire on March 31, 2027.
