Reporting to    : Senior QA Suppervisor 
Work Location : Bangpoo

Perform routine quality assurance tasks as outlined in the Quality Policies Manual and associated procedures and work instructions, including but not limited to:

• Finish product testing
• Trading product checking
• Document verification that related with finish product /Trading product.
• Input quality internal tests / result from supplier COA into the SAP system as part of positive release / transfer stock or monitoring program of finish product and trading product.
• Non-Conformances are raised and hold/blocked in SAP system with communication concerned function put hold tag to be placed on NC Stock that is located at the Bangpoo site and external WH site.
• Coordinate with Internal / External team about predelivery of finish product plan for perform finish product sampling plan to QA In-process staff.
• Maintain the record/document system of finish product /Trading product.
• Collect and handling the retention sample of finish product as quality plan.
• Support with the Finish product part for customer complaint investigation / traceability / mock recall.
• Collect and retain retention sample of finish product.
• Coordinate with concerned department to support internal testing finish product for extended shelf life / NPI / Project.
• Liaise with other Departments on site to ensure continual improvement of finish product and trading product and quality systems; and assist in individual problem resolutions
• Ensure that Laboratory and equipment are kept clean and tidy
• Daily calibration of equipment before testing
• Support Internal /External quality system audit.
• Support site HACCP team.
• Support as assignment from Quality Manager / Assistance QA manager /QA Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science or relevant laboratory and/or Industry experience
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role in food manufacturing environment
• Appropriate experience in food testing in food laboratories.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous ERP experience, preferably in SAP
• Able to work independently and proactively, and make appropriate decisions with limited resources during night shift
• Organized and pay strong attention to details
• Ability to meet deadlines, self-managed and ability to handle multiple tasks with speed and high accuracy.
