About the role

 

Work Location : Bangpoo - Bangkok 

 

Reporting to : Production Manager 

Key responsibilities

 

 

• Able controlling full function of production staffs.
  สามารถควบคุมการทำงานของพนักงานในการผลิตสินค้า
• Able to provide a working knowledge or training program to staffs as plan.
  สามารถให้ความรู้ในการทำงานหรือโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมแก่พนักงานตามแผนที่วางไว้
• Able to maintain production quality system relate to work of Production staff such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, SQMS, OHSAS14001, etc.
  สามารถรักษาระบบคุณภาพการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต เช่น GMP , HACCP, BRC, SQMS, ISO:14001:2015, 45001:2018 เป็นต้น
• Able to control and monitor CCP in production line
  สามารถควบคุมและตรวจสอบจุด CCP ในไลน์การผลิตได้
• Able to control and monitor daily output and production time to meet production planned
  สามารถควบคุมและตรวจสอบผลผลิตในแต่ละวันและระยะเวลาในการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตได้
• Able to control production planned and generate Batch Sheet for production.
  สามารถควบคุมการวางแผนการผลิตและสร้าง Batch Sheet สำหรับการผลิตได้
• Able to control and monitor process and product quality on production line to meet quality specification
  สามารถควบคุมและตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตและคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ในสายการผลิตให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพได้
• Able to maintain and monitor the production efficiency, yield-loss, attainment, first time quality as company target.
  สามารถรักษาและติดตามประสิทธิภาพการผลิต การสูญเสียผลผลิต การบรรลุ คุณภาพครั้งแรกตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
• Able to control and manage the level of remaining products (Green box) and raw materials for IP (Blue box)
  สามารถควบคุมและจัดการระดับสินค้าคงเหลือ (Green box) และวัตถุดิบสำหรับ IP (กล่องสีน้ำเงิน)
• Able to monitor cleanliness at working area and all equipment.
  สามารถตรวจสอบความสะอาดในพื้นที่ทำงานและอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดได้
• Able to control workplace & activity on safe
  สามารถควบคุมสถานที่ทำงานและกิจกรรมได้อย่างปลอดภัย
• Able to work at night shift
  สามารถทำงานกะกลางคืน

Qualifications and skills

 

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or any related field.
  ปริญญาตรี สาขา วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือ อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• At least 2 years’ experience in business.
  ประสบการณ์การทำงานโรงงานอาหารอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
• Ability to work in a team with management team and team members
  สามารถทำงานเป็นที รวมถึงบริหารทีม
• Able have the time managing skills to handle deadlines for produce the special orders
  สามารถจัดการเวลาและมีทักษะในการจัดการกับกำหนดเวลาในการผลิตคำสั่งพิเศษ
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a team
  มีความทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
• Develop strategies with the team to work smart and efficiently.
  พัฒนากลยุทธ์ร่วมกับทีมงานเพื่อให้ทำงานได้อย่างชาญฉลาดและมีประสิทธิภาพ

• Strong planning and analytical skills to anticipate or troubleshoot any issues during production
