About the role

 

•    Work Location:     Bangpoo, Thailand
•    Reporting Line:     Assistant Maintenance Manager
•    Working hours:     8.30am-5.30pm

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal production downtime. You will supervise a team of technicians, drive preventive maintenance activities, respond to breakdowns, and ensure timely completion of maintenance work through SAP while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

 

• Lead and support technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Supervise the maintenance team to support production schedules and operational targets.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize maintenance costs.
• Manage and close maintenance work orders (TECO) in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports, including work order status and breakdown analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment and process abnormalities.
• Train and develop technicians to strengthen technical capability and performance.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation, tools, and maintenance records are audit-ready.
• Ensure compliance with production standards, safety requirements, and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications and skills

 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a food, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance technicians in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown management of industrial equipment.
• Working knowledge of PLC and industrial automation systems, with experience in troubleshooting and basic program modification.
• Experience with SAP PM or other CMMS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Willing to work a 6-day work week. (Alternate Saturday – 2 times per month)
