About the role

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, own and deliver 3-5 years strategic growth plan across priority EUMs (namely Supplements, Clinical Infant and Adult Nutrition (CIA) and Pet) and strategic accounts in Greater China
  • Deepen strategic accounts engagement to ensure overall growth through increased usage of existing technologies and adoption of additional technologies.
  • Define and champion the vision for the Global/Regional Account “Customer experience”, driving alignment to support optimisation of customer experience (as measured by NPS).
  • Develop and execute end-to-end strategic Go-To-Market plan for priority EUMs:
    • Identify and prioritize target accounts, portfolio, regulatory and marketing needs
    • Understand targeted customers potential needs and define a plan to develop a strategic partnership
    • Identify the relevant portfolio and potential innovation pipeline through market insights
    • Activate, execute and track customer GTM initiatives and performance
  • Develop and execute the local PAH marketing plan to generate leads, build thought leadership and accelerate the growth agenda
  • Develop strong customer alliances and promote our EUMs via participation in key Industry events (e.g.  tradeshows, seminars and conferences)
  • Work closely with global and regional EUM leads to feed innovative propositions and identify potential gaps & opportunities
  • Co-own, develop and deliver the commercial opportunity pipeline as a result
  • Budget delivery for the accounts in-charge including top and bottom line

Qualifications and skills

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

  • Master’s degree in related discipline; consulting experience is a strong advantage
  • A minimum track record of 10 years working experience driving growth customers or projects
  • ⁠Experience and knowledge of the Health & Wellness categories (i.e. supplements, personal care, nutrition), with understanding specifically in China supplements brands and cross border e-commerce
  • Commercially astute and strategically minded, with the ability to think creativity, test new ideas/approaches and manage ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate and develop talent
  • Proven strong negotiation skills and project management experience
