RD&A Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• To conduct dairy RD&A work consistent with Kerry China business objectives with supervision from R&D dairy manager.
• Respond and completion of SFDC project to ensure all project practices are aligned with company values, policies and procedure.
• Well play internal team communication, support and aligned with supervisor to execute team target. 
• Manage project according to the request from customer or sales opportunity.
• Visit customer and present new concepts propose Kerry product to win business.
• Regularly update project activity and discuss key project ongoing by weekly. 
• Develop prototype concepts and work together with marketing department. Multi department communication.
• Manage and handle new product commercialization program
• Training team member and share knowledge and team Dairy industry background, know dairy facility or equipment. Trial run needed when new product commercialized
• Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science.
• Minimum of 8 year’s beverage R&D related experience.
• Production experience of beverage company.
• Good computer skill in Excel, Word and related programs for adapt to Kerry’s system
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• R&D developing skill, creative skill, sensitive sensory taste, raw material knowledge, product experience
• Strong internal and external communication skill
