About the role

This role will require you to manage key customers and distributors, drives sales growth through strategic planning and project execution, and strengthens business opportunities via regular engagement, market analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

Customer management:

  • Visiting the customers and arrange the regular meeting with key person across the functions – R&D, Marketing, QC/QA and procurement.
  • Responsible for achieving sales goals across all of Kerry’s technologies through the customer engagement such as marketing seminar, technical session reactively and proactively.
  • Establish and develop strong relationship and knowledge of key customers.
  • Define and grows the business through effective customer management and the business plans for the responsible customers.
  • Communicates and consistently monitors progress of the execution of the key account strategies.
  • Handling the distributors and support their sales activities through the proactive presentation and training.

 

Sales Planning, Execution & Project management:

  • Deliver the outcome through setting an obvious sales plan and goal for short term and long term.
  • Selling a variety of food ingredient products and technologies to Key accounts.
  • Provide sales forecast to the relative departments internally.
  • Lead and drive the project process and utilize each function group to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Exploring and developing the potential customers and opportunities with Kerry SKU/Products.
  • Market analysis and understanding the competitors and their products and strategies.
  • Select the key customers and planning the sales promotion program, strategies and executive project.

Qualifications and skills

  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Preferably more than 7 years relative working experience in food industry – packaged food.
  • Negotiating and communicating skill links to all departments internally and externally.
  • Experienced in budgeting and strategic account planning.
  • Possess relevant scientific knowledge (Food Science, Chemical engineering, Nutrition,Regulatory).
  • Experience in MS office applications.
  • Good Problem solving and fire fighting skills. 
  • Good attitude and personality to work: open minded, precise, team player.
  • Strong communication skill between externally and internally.
  • Proficient level of the English to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, never give-up.
