About the role
As a PtP Entry Associate, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and accurate Procure‑to‑Pay (PtP) services within Kerry’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization. In this role, you will support day-to-day transactional activities, ensure timely and precise invoice processing, manage vendor relationships, and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Vendor relationship management
- Validate vendor invoices to be paid with approval and documentation within deadline
- Dispute resolution
- Schedule transactions (Ad-hoc payment)
- SOA Reconciliation
- Escalation process
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Equivalent Job Experience
- 1+ years Years of Experience
- ERP(SAP it’s a plus) and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)
- English Level: B1+
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
