About the role

We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Associate to join our Global Business Services team and support North America operations. This role is responsible for the creation and management of indirect purchase orders, ensuring smooth procurement processes and delivering exceptional support to internal stakeholders.

As an Indirect Procurement Associate, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, managing requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, and issue resolution while maintaining compliance with procurement policies and service level expectations.

Key responsibilities

  1. Create and manage indirect Purchase Orders (POs)
  2. Process requisitions through procurement systems such as Coupa and SAP
  3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and issue resolution
  4. Support invoice, receipt, and PO discrepancy management
  5. Maintain compliance with procurement processes and policies
  6. Deliver high-quality customer service and stakeholder support

Qualifications and skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Shared Services, Finance, Customer Service, or related areas
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented approach
