About the role
Ensuring that all learning materials are accurate, consistent, and adhere to the organization's branding guidelines. This includes maintaining the quality of design and content; Rapidly developing learning content to meet the needs of a competitive global marketplace. This involves using agile learning design (ADL) and rapid content development (RCD) techniques to prioritize speed, flexibility, and collaboration. Creating user-centered designs that are intuitive, enhance the overall learning experience and support the learning transfer and application. This involves identify and suggest learning opportinies trought partnering with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Key responsabilities
- Translate technical information into easy-to-understand language that is technically accurate and understandable by non-experts
- Use various authoring tools (e.g. Storyline, evolve, etc) to rapidly build enjoyable, positive, interactive and engaging digital learning experiences
- Adhere to and contribute to the improvement of in-house instructional design and digital content creation standards, processes and templates
- Manage storyboards, scripts and graphics associated with digital learning coontent to identify learning opportunities and suggest recommendations to produce impactfull learning solutions.
- Contribute instructional design expertise to the overall design of learning programmes, collaborating effectively with stakeholders within the learning team and within the business
- Design and develop live virtual learning and classroom materials (slide decks, learner resources and facilitator guides) based on content provided by the wider Learning team.
- Project management the development of learning material to achive main deliverables
Qualifications and skills
Qualifications:
- Degree on Graphich Design, ICT, Business/HR, Communications, Education or related field or an equivalent combination of education
- 1 - 3 years creating eLearning content, MS tools, Any Management system
Skills:
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (such as SuccessFactors Learning module, Alchemy) to upload, manage, and track learning content.
- Experience with software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Evolve or similar tools to develop interactive e-learning modules.
- Skills in video editing (using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) and audio editing (using tools like Audacity) to create multimedia learning materials. IA Tools (Audio, translations, avatars)
