About the role

The Process Enablement Intern provides 1‑year support to the GBS Process Enablement team by assisting in process mapping, capacity analysis, and Process Enablement playbook support . The role supports the development of accurate process maps, contributes to data gathering and basic analysis for capacity assessments, and helps structure and maintain documentation. This internship builds foundational capability in Continuous Improvement & Process Enablement, and supports the team in ensuring consistent, scalable process documentation and standards across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Support drafting, formatting, and quality-checking of Process Standards.
  • Help prepare documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions and taxonomy content.
  • Maintain document repositories (e.g., SharePoint, etc) with correct naming, versions, and structure.
  • Support creation and updates of process maps using standard templates and guidelines.
  • Assist in capacity analysis data gathering, consolidation, and structuring for review.Assist in preparing CI and Process Enablement training materials.
  • Support preparation of meeting materials (slides, notes, trackers, logs)
  • Develop a strong understanding of GBS processes, CI methodologies, and Process Enablement standards.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process maps, capacity analysis inputs, and playbook content.
  • Assist in building functional content for 1GBS playbooks in CI, Digital & PE, Service Excellence, and Transition/PM.
  • Contribute to taxonomy, service catalog, and documentation alignment across functions.
  • Strengthen documentation accuracy and version control across repositories. 

Qualifications and skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Engineering, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Interest in CI, digital tools, process optimization, or operational excellence.
  • Previous internships or academic projects beneficial
  • Exposure to process mapping, documentation, data handling, or digital tools preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Interest in CI methods (Lean, ESSA, DMAIC) and automation tools.Copilot
