About the role

The FP&A Enablement Analyst ensures accurate, standardized, and reliable financial data across EPM, SAP, and related systems, supporting global performance governance. This role partners with regional FP&A teams, Finance CoEs, Insights, ICT, and Global Enablement to deliver one version of the truth across reporting and planning processes.

Key responsibilities

  1. Ensure data integrity and consistency across EPM, SAP, and connected systems.
  2. Perform recurring reconciliations and support monthly system checks.
  3. Support budget, forecast, flash, and reporting cycles.
  4. Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and root‑cause investigation of data issues.
  5. Contribute to standardization, simplification, and automation of performance reporting.
  6. Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to resolve data and reporting queries.
  7. Support system enhancements and develop expertise in AFO/GTM, acting as a superuser when required.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, or quantitative disciplines.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, performance reporting, or data governance.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (required).Experience with SAP, SAP BW, EPM, Power BI (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in global, cross‑functional teams
