About the role

As a Data Governance Associate at Kerry, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence of our people‑related data and systems. You will manage Position and Job Requisition data within MySuccess, ensuring alignment with GDPR, legal requirements, and Kerry’s global standards. This role combines data quality management, system expertise, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

•  Creating, maintaining and deleting Positions and Job Requisitions on MySuccess ensuring it is up to date, accurate and complies with GDPR, legal compliance and Kerry standards.

•  Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, raising issues for follow up with the Specialists and People Managers where appropriate.

•  Fulfilling all regular and ad-hoc report requests from our partners around the business.

•  Proactively lead / support a variety of projects which support Kerry GBS’s Continuous Excellence agenda.

•  Managing all requests raised through ServiceNow ensuring SLA’s are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner and escalating when required.

•  Become ‘expert’ user of our applicant tracking system, Employee Central (Success Factors) and Service Now portal to support Talent Acquisition activity, ensuring compliance in TA & Rewards activities across the ATS to ensure full compliance and working closely with HRIS to ensure correct functionality

•  Responsible for reports on key metrics including bi-weekly executive presentation and weekly reporting on activity per business

•  Working collaboratively with wider GBS teams to ensure an aligned approach on position management

Qualifications and skills

•  Working knowledge of case management system (ServiceNow or similar) and all of the basic functionality it provides.

•  Efficient use of MS office

•  Excel including Fx functions, Pivots, charts, data analysis and presentation into day-to-day work.

•  PowerBI to analyze and report on KPIs and performance

•  Previous experience with SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery suite would be a significant advantage

•  High level of English language proficiency

•  1 year experience, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
