Qualifications and skills

Requisitos del Perfil

Formación: Estudiante activo/a de los últimos semestres de Administración, Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Industriales o carreras afines.

Conocimientos y habilidades: 

• Manejo básico de Excel y herramientas de Office.
• Buen nivel de organización, atención al detalle y seguimiento.
• Habilidad para la comunicación escrita y verbal.
• Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples tareas.
• Interés por desarrollar carrera en Recursos Humanos / HR Operations.

Idiomas: Inglés- intermedio/avanzado (lectura y escritura deseable).
