About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic commercial relationships with global consumer packaged goods (CPG) customer across North America. This is a high-impact, senior role responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth by translating global account strategies into winning regional execution.

You will serve as a critical connector between global account leadership and in‑country teams, leveraging cross‑functional capabilities to build a strong pipeline, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and unlock long-term value for both our customers and the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and lead the North American strategy for nominated global CPG accounts, aligned to the overarching global account strategy
  • Develop and execute accelerated growth plans, identifying investment needs and resourcing to deliver against ambitious targets
  • Lead highly matrixed, cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and more) to deliver best‑in‑class customer engagement
  • Act as the primary conduit between global and regional teams, ensuring best practices, insights, and successes are shared and scaledDrive pipeline creation and budget delivery, with accountability for regional performance, pricing, and tender activity
  • Build deep, trusted senior-level customer relationships, leading strategic regional engagements in partnership with local account teams
  • Partner closely with technology and innovation teams to bring differentiated solutions to customers, while identifying future opportunity gaps
  • Champion a consistent, high-quality Global Account customer experience, with a strong focus on value creation and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Commercial or Technical discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience managing and growing large, global CPG accounts at a regional level
  • Strong background in the food and beverage industry, with exposure to multiple markets
  • Proven success operating in large, matrixed organizations, influencing without direct authority
  • Demonstrated track record as a growth-oriented commercial leader with senior customer exposure

The pay range for this position is $123,859.00-$213,784.00  in Annual Salary.  Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location.  In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.  Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.  This job posting is anticipated to expire on 3/27/26.
