📊 What You’ll Work On

As an ICT Intern based in Naas, you’ll join Kerry’s PLM Optiva team, supporting global projects for Research and Regulatory teams. You’ll help connect business needs with digital solutions across deployments, testing, data and continuous improvement.

  • Supporting Optiva Global Template deployments globally, and learning how PLM connects with Kerryconnect SAP from product development through to manufacturing.

  • Helping identify gaps between business requirements and the global template, documenting requirements and supporting process and functional design activities.

  • Supporting enhancement testing, preparing test scripts and helping ensure required data is migrated successfully from legacy systems.

  • Contributing to internal customer excellence by supporting ticket queues, clarifying business defects and analysing change requests through Kerry’s support portal.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have it all figured out. For this internship, we’re looking for someone curious, organised and ready to get involved in business analysis, digital systems and food and beverage.

  • Interested in the food and beverage industry, and curious about how new products are developed and brought into manufacturing.

  • Curious about PLM solutions, Research and Regulatory processes, and how global digital templates support the business.

  • Comfortable documenting requirements, supporting workshops and communicating clearly with business stakeholders.

  • Interested in testing, data analysis and data manipulation, with confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams and Copilot.

  • An organised, analytical team player who can meet deadlines and is open to supporting global deployments or travel if needed.

  •
