About the role
This role involves Business development for Food & Beverage Solution for Food Service – Global/Regional QSR Customers.
Relationship management with Key stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Menu Management) in Key Accounts. Build excellent Relationship with Key Accounts and drive topline growth.
Work along with cross functional teams to support selling initiatives with Key Accounts and helping in managing the complete sales cycle & delivering on sales & margin targets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive overall growth in key accounts assigned (Global or Regional QSRs), build lasting relationship with key stakeholders.
- Ensure penetration of Kerry various technologies to their variety of F&B solutions/concepts, having knowledge and experience of F&B domain is necessary.
- Lead and drive presentations to customers assigned in timely manner to showcase new concepts on Food and Beverages to create new opportunities.
- Lead the process of NPD hand in hand with internal stakeholders like RDA, SCM, Commercial Finance and other teams.
- Drive speed in the execution of product briefs, NPD and commercialization, ensure timely supplies and overdue management.
- Leverage market trends, global insights via collaborating with Kerry global network to drive local concept creation with internal & external key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely receipt of demand forecasts from assigned key accounts and accurately input the same into internal planning systems to prevent variances, supply gaps, or commercial discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Finance, and Quality to ensure timely, accurate, and aligned responses to customer requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned key accounts, ensuring proactive, clear, and timely day-to-day communication to eliminate delays, misalignment, or ambiguity.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or business-related field. Additional MBA.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong presentation, analytical and relationship building skill is necessary for the role.
- Ability to work to high ethical standards.
