About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Mainland Europe Sales Support team, providing dedicated support to our French Key Accounts within the Taste and Nutrition sector.

 

In this role, you will be a key partner to our Key Account Managers, ensuring smooth daytoday business coordination and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 

As Sales Support Specialist, you will play a central role in managing commercial activities across the full buying cycle. You will coordinate projects, manage data and documentation, and act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries related to products, projects, samples, pricing and documentation with timely and accurate responses
  • Manage the project pipeline in close collaboration with Key Account Managers, ensuring status, progress and timelines are kept up to date in CRM systems
  • Work crossfunctionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure efficient project execution
  • Coordinate complex interactions with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Lead commercial and master data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across CRM and related systems
  • Prepare and support commercial documentation, including offers, quotations and tender materials
  • Maintain and update customer price lists, ensuring correct implementation within internal systems
  • Partner closely with Customer Service to deliver a seamless, highquality customer experience
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives through proactive communication and process improvement
  • Support Key Account Managers with customer meetings, business reviews and presentations

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience working crossfunctionally within a commercial environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in SAP and master data management
  • Fluent in French and English
