We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow key customer partnerships within the Philippines market. Based in Manila, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape customer growth strategies and deliver innovative Taste and Nutrition solutions alongside one of the industry’s leading global organizations, Kerry Group.

You will work closely with regional and local cross-functional teams, leveraging Kerry’s broad technology portfolio to deliver impactful solutions to customers and drive sustainable business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth across assigned key accounts by leveraging Kerry’s extensive Taste and Nutrition capabilities.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with leading food and beverage customers across the Philippines market.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive activity to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Translate customer and market insights into commercially viable innovation projects and tailored solutions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline across both existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including RD&A, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Lead proactive customer engagement initiatives and innovation campaigns that create meaningful value and strengthen Kerry’s market presence.
- Position Kerry as the preferred strategic Taste and Nutrition partner within the Philippines food and beverage industry.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial, key account management, or business development experience within the food ingredients, food & beverage, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the Philippines food and beverage market, particularly within the Taste category; exposure to Nutrition categories would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and deliver sustainable commercial growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working effectively within matrix and cross-functional environments.
- Passion for food, innovation, and customer engagement, with the ability to translate trends and insights into growth opportunities.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable navigating a dynamic and evolving market environment.
