About the role

 

• Work Location:         1Powerhouse, PJ (5mins walk from MRT Bandar Utama)
• Reporting To:            Digital Automation Senior Manager
• Working Hours:        2.00 pm - 11.00 pm

Key responsibilities

 

• Platform Ownership: Manage and maintain the Saviynt IAM platform, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Configuration & Administration: Oversee configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of Saviynt components.
• Access Governance: Implement and enforce identity governance policies, including role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance reporting.
• Upgrades & Patching: Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Monitoring & Performance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with security, compliance, and application teams to align IAM strategy with business needs.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with Saviynt and other vendors for support, licensing, and roadmap planning.
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal security standards.

 

Qualifications and skills

 

• Saviynt Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform (configuration, workflows, connectors, policies).
• IAM Knowledge: Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged access management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, SQL, REST APIs for Saviynt customization and integration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Platform Management: Experience managing enterprise platforms, including performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident management.
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) and IAM best practices.
• Project Management: Ability to lead IAM projects, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Saviynt certifications (e.g., Saviynt Certified Administrator) is preferable.
• Experience with cloud IAM deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
