About the role

The National Local Chains Executive will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and driving sustainable profitability for Kerry in the foodservice market, with a specific focus on local chain customers in Türkiye.

This role requires a balanced push-pull sales approach, combining direct and indirect sales to support key accounts. The successful candidate will lead menu management initiatives, supported by applications and marketing teams, and build strong multi-level relationships to ensure long-term business growth. 

Key responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•  Achieve budget sales and profitability targets across assigned local chains in Türkiye.

•  Develop new business opportunities across the menu and support Limited Time Offer (LTO) initiatives.

•  Act as Kerry’s foodservice expert in the market, sharing insights and trends internally and externally.

•  Identify and deliver sustainable growth projects.

•  Organize regular meetings with the customers and prepare annual activity plans.

•  Collaborate closely with marketing and the DVG team.

•  Ensure consistency and growth of existing business in the region.

•  Build strong strategic relationships within customer organizations.

•  Recommend and implement sustainable pricing strategies.

•  Apply Kerry’s “Insight Sales” methodology proactively.

•  Ensure full compliance with Kerry’s systems, processes, and tools.

•  Collaborate with relevant departments in existing and emerging processes related to the function; perform duties in alignment with Kerry’s values, demonstrating open-mindedness, inclusiveness, and ownership.

Qualifications and skills

 

•  Minimum 4 years of sales management experience  with any bachelor's degree in the QSR foodservice industry.

•  Fluent in English and Turkish.

•  Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office.

•  Basic forecasting skills.

•  Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

•  Ability to build multi-level customer relationships.

•  Strong presentation skills and creative thinking.
