Key responsibilities
- Handle daily internal technical administrative matters; support directors and managers in internal administration and various registration work.
- Prepare samples and assist perfumers with sample formulation.
- Arrange shipment of application samples, enter information for flavour sample waybills; conduct sample filling and distribution when designated sample operators are unavailable.
- Maintain internal attendance records; manage the requisition and application of stationery and other supplies.
- Collaborate with raw material owners on raw material declaration and management, complete month-end inventory counting and statistics of raw and auxiliary materials, and apply for materials in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Compile various statistical reports and forms; print labels for samples, logos and other items.
- Support laboratory safety management as well as instrument and equipment administration; arrange maintenance promptly in case of equipment breakdowns.
- Oversee hygiene and other departmental tasks. Serve as a member of the inspection team together with managers and directors; report identified issues to managers or relevant supervisors in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the company and supervisors.
Qualifications and skills
- Senior high school diploma or above.
- Background in Food or Chemistry is preferred, with at least two years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills with strong execution capability.
- Meticulous, patient, responsible, and capable of independent self-learning.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player.
