About the role
The HR Business Partner will shape and drive organisational effectiveness priorities aligned with the business growth strategy. The role partners closely with people leaders, coaching and supporting them to build, maintain a positive Employee Relations environment that enables a high‑performance culture and follow-up on the going transition of some HR activities through our Global Shared Services (GBS).
As a member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), the role reports to the HR Director for Integrated Operations, with a dotted‑line reporting relationship to the local Plant Manager.
This is a full‑time maternity cover position on a 1 year fixed‑term contract, with the role primarily based onsite.
