About the role
This role will require you to lead and grow key accounts within the Thai poultry/meat industry by driving strategic sales, building strong customer partnerships, and delivering commercial results.
Work location: Bangkok, Bang Na
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships and key decision-makers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure strong value delivery.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver customer solutions and innovations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
Qualifications and skills
- Preferably 7 plus years of sales experience, ideally in the Thai poultry/meat industry.
- Strong account management and strategic selling capability.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Effective negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proactive, results-driven, and strong ownership mindset.
