As the National Account Manager for Foodservice Chains in the Southeast, you’ll be the driving force behind Kerry’s growth with some of the most influential chain customers in the region. This role is all about building momentum — expanding our footprint with existing partners, uncovering new opportunities, and bringing Kerry’s industry‑leading Taste & Nutrition solutions to life on menus across the Southeast.
You’ll operate as a strategic partner to your customers, shaping their menu innovation, strengthening relationships at every level, and orchestrating the resources needed to win. It’s a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building business, and wants to make a visible impact in a high‑growth territory.
We’re open to candidates located anywhere in the Southeastern United States, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to navigate this region’s unique foodservice landscape with confidence and creativity.
Key responsibilities

Lead and manage all sales efforts for assigned national foodservice chain accounts across the Southeast.

Protect and grow existing customized and branded business through deeper account penetration and increased menu usage.

Identify, develop, and commercialize new profitable opportunities by aligning Kerry’s capabilities with customer menu needs.

Build and execute market plans, manage sales activities, and ensure spending aligns with approved budgets.

Develop strong, multi-level customer relationships and create strategies that support customer goals, culture, and long-term growth.

Manage customer agreements and deliver results aligned with annual operating plans.

Coordinate internal resources to win new business and support customer initiatives.

Build and execute strategic plans that leverage Kerry’s full suite of technologies.

Develop and manage pricing strategies.

Participate in annual budget development and achievement.

Analyze business trends and manage a robust opportunity pipeline to support sustained growth.
Qualifications and skills

Ability to effectively represent Kerry within the foodservice community.

Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science (with business or marketing emphasis), Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing Top 100 national foodservice chain customers.
The pay range for this position is $129,000.00 - $239,500.00 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
